推甄與登記分發的問題~~~急(20點)!!

假設我推甄高應沒上只能上高海，但"說不定"用登記分發就可以上高應 那:

我可以等兩個結果都出來了 在選擇比較好的嗎?

ex:有上高海(但先保留) 等看登記分發高應有沒有上再決定是否讀高海?
