皇苑董座郭敏能：台灣房市再好3年

【顏嘉瑩／台北報導】高雄品牌建商皇苑建設董事長郭敏能今指出，台灣房市再好3年，3年後將會開始下修。

郭敏能今出席《蘋果》地產新聞中心「好建商座談會」時表示，「土地供需」和「兩岸關係」會是影響到台灣未來房市價格修正幅度的主要因素。郭敏能解釋，長期來看，市場符合「鐘擺效應」理論，目前震盪在高點，預計3年後將會開始下修，「但要像80年代那樣的大幅修正，機會不大」。
