北韓撤銷 邀請美特使往訪

（法新社華盛頓30日法祈電）美國國務院今天表示，北韓已撤銷邀請美國特使金恩（Robert King）往訪，金恩原本打算營救遭北韓囚禁的美國公民。

美國外交官金恩計畫走訪北韓的消息，升高了44歲美國公民裴俊虎獲釋的希望，裴俊虎自去年11月起遭北韓囚禁。

金恩原本預定今天飛往平壤，但美國國務院發言人哈夫（Marie Harf）說，在北韓撤銷邀請後，金恩的訪問行程已取消。

哈夫說：「北韓這項決定讓我們深感意外與失望。」

哈夫又說：「我們仍然嚴重關切裴俊虎的健康狀況，且我們持續敦促朝鮮民主主義人民共和國當局特赦裴俊虎，並基於人道理由立即釋他。」
