豪宅佔道 工務局限期拆

〔自由時報記者翁聿煌／新北報導〕永和區民生路有兩戶獨門獨院的豪宅，被檢舉佔地，市府工務局昨天派員會勘，發現豪宅前方的花圃竟然違法佔用供公共通行的騎樓用地長達二十多年，通知屋主一個月內自行拆除，否則要罰款六萬元並強制拆除。

位於秀朗國小東側的民生路，在厚德街與四維街之間有兩戶豪宅，前方人行道前施設寬約三．五公尺、長約四十公尺的花圃，更彰顯豪宅的氣勢；但花圃與前方路樹之間僅留下不到一公尺的人行道寬度，讓來往民眾或輪椅族、推嬰兒車都通行不便。

市議員金介壽接獲民眾檢舉，質疑豪宅前花圃疑似佔用公共通行空間，金介壽昨天邀集工務局使用管理科人員會勘，確認花圃佔用公共空間。
