政爭拖累　美股10月恐回檔5.5%

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】美國國會預算協商陷僵局，不利後續債限協商，但記錄顯示，過去美國政府短期停擺，美股常先跌後漲，反彈甚至更強勁，但債限問題若演變成債務違約，危及美國債信評等，恐造成全球金融大亂，衝擊非同小可。
 
據投資機構Federated Investors首席股票策略師奧蘭多（Phil Orlando）預估，美股在預算、債限等問題拖累下，10月恐回檔2.5~5.5%，S&P 500指數目標在1600~1650點間，若10月中債限問題未解，恐回測1600點大關。
