部分有罪　林益世律師：遺憾 會再上訴

台北地院審理林益世涉貪案，一審林益世判處7年4個月，禠奪公權5年，妻子彭愛佳、林益世母親沈若蘭無罪。對此，林益世律師表示，對於林益世2罪被判刑，感到遺憾，仍會再提出上訴。另外，特偵組也表示會再上訴。

林益世涉犯違背職務收賄、職務上要求賄賂、隱匿貪污、公務員財產來源不明等4罪，其中職務收賄判處5年6個月、禠奪公權5年，公務員財產來源不明被判處2年，褫奪公權2年，應合併執行7年4個月，禠奪公權5年。
