支付命令...該怎辦

去年底家人接到電話通知我沒有繳電話費…
我在家人的詢問下也查詢了我這幾年使用過的紀錄
因為實在查不到所以我想應該只是烏龍吧…

今年四月份家裡收到一張支付命令

裡面寫我在９２年辦的【大眾電信】支付命令…

我知道欠錢要還是應該也是必須的
可是這中間過程只告訴我我欠費然後需要付一萬二
好歹可以給我一點明細讓我知道我欠費的紀錄吧…

因為長期沒有住在家裡
接聽電話的老人家也擔心是否是被詐騙集團…
也沒有將我的電話留給對方
現在出現一張支付命令
全家人都把我歸類成通緝犯、詐欺犯…

請問我要去那邊查詢資料
因為已經過１０年了…
是打給法院還是大眾啊…
