吸睛股：華寶、仁寶。華寶受惠仁寶購併案定價50.8元，距離市價仍有10元的距離，今漲停掛買高達96萬張，數量驚人，也帶動仁寶股價創波段新高。

關鍵數字：今晚決定美國政府是否關門，另外10月17日美國債舉債上限最後協商期限面臨是否降評，將成全球股市關鍵變數。

技術面：大盤重回8200點之上，剛好翻揚站上月線附近價位，後續要看站穩月線之上或之下，目前是重要關鍵點。另外成交量不宜再縮至700億元之下，容易陷入整理盤格局。

觀盤重點：一、美國關門揭曉，留意美股交易狀況；二是留意國內立法院議事變化，立院議事停擺恐演變成倒閣案、解散國會的隱憂，留意權值、金融、高價股變化。
