羅技的保固真的越來越不錯了:) 前情提要：#1HOcOagH (Key_Mou_Pad) 一個半月前我將快要四歲老去的Wave鍵盤滑鼠組送修 過了兩周，官網一直顯示我的單號→待收件 打趣客服詢問：客服先生用充滿磁性的聲音說：我送件的反修品，羅技一直沒收到 但是他們很熱心地說一定會幫我找^^ 中間我也協助尋找我遺失的鍵盤滑鼠組，經過十幾通電話追蹤 快遞公司確認，羅技確確實實收到貨件了。 但客服還是表示商品還在消失的百慕達三角中。 跟客服主管表示請盡速幫我處理， 但貼心的主管表示：我們MK710還有貨，但是就是不給你，大約要等一兩周!! 你就等吧 o.※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 120.107.165.152
