醫師：成人切除脾臟影響小

脾臟是不是重要器官？台北市國泰醫院一般外科主任戴鋒泉指出，脾臟在人成長過程很重要，成人以後功能減少，重要性要看受傷者年紀。

戴鋒泉說，脾臟有造血、免疫功能，在胎兒期和幼年期是主要的造血器官，在青春期前也是很重要的免疫系統。成年後造血功能轉到骨髓，脾臟的功能就退位了。

他說，一般切除脾臟會有嚴重感染風險的是指小孩；成人切除脾臟後可用藥物降低感染風險。他認為，成人切除脾臟對生活影響不大。
