(1)全校學生智商平均值是Xbar=100，標準差偏差值為S=5，且為常態分布。若某

位學生的智商為108。求其智商在中間的95%範圍為何？
題目應該修改為: P(X>=108)=?; P(92<X<108)=?

Z=(108-100)/5=8/5=1.6

查雙尾表:

P(0<Z<1.6)=0.4452=44.52%

P(-1.6<Z<1.6)

=P(92<X<108)

=2*44.52%

=89.04%...........ans

P(Z>=1.6)

=P(X>=108)

=0.5-0.4452

=5.48%............ans


(2)國人平均膽固醇值為Xbar=210mg/dl，標準差為S=10mg/dl，且為常態分布。求出其膽固醇值在中間的95%範圍為何？

查雙尾表: Z(95%)=1.96

Mu=210+-1.96*10

=190.4~229.6(mg/dl)........ans
