孟加拉塌樓案 死亡增至610人

協助大樓倒塌搜救工作的孟加拉軍方今天(5日)證實，這場孟加拉歷來最慘重的工安災難，在今天又挖出最少41具屍體之後，死亡人數已經升高到610人。

陸軍為了協調救災所成立的控制室主任可汗(Imran Khan)證實，目前的死亡人數增加到610人。

位於達卡30公里外的沙瓦市(Savar)藍那廣場大樓(Rana Plaza)4月24日倒塌，成為孟加拉有史以來最嚴重的工安事故。

搜救人員表示，有些屍體的情況嚴重惡化，他們只看到骨頭，肉都不見了。搜救人員說，從大樓倒塌的4月24日至今，氣溫最高都在攝氏32度或以上，低溫也有27度，瓦礫堆中的屍體都飄出腐臭味，搜救人員必須利用空氣清新劑才能繼續挖掘工作。

地方政府官員則指出，預料還會從瓦礫堆中挖出更多屍體。

根據瞭解，這棟8層樓高的建築內有5家成衣工廠，事發當時大約有3千人受困，至少有2,437人已經獲救。
