追新聞／11年來…台菲漁船紛爭不斷　羈押、傷亡多有

9日屏東琉球籍漁船廣大興28號在台菲重疊的海域遭到菲律賓籍船隻掃射，65歲船員洪石成身亡。

各界呼籲總統馬英九與外交部應嚴正譴責，並嚴厲追究過失責任。實際上，兩國在海域上的紛爭，並非第一次。

回顧2002年3月，當時5艘台灣漁船志滿群66號、滿吉財3號、新復興269號、崑發成、滿億被菲律賓海防人員在短短2個月內接連被扣留。

另外，在2005年5月11日，當時則是發生屏東東港籍漁船「金利昇壹號」在巴士海峽進行捕魚作業，被菲律賓軍艦追逐。

此外，發生在2006年1月15日，台東籍漁船滿春德號在蘭嶼和呂宋島北部的海域遭到菲律賓水警開槍射擊，當時船上的67歲船長陳安老遭槍殺身亡，同樣引發兩國關係緊張。
