悠活環評案 墾管處自請處分

墾丁國家公園內的墾丁悠活渡度村未環評先營運，官方被批「後知後覺」太離譜；墾管處自承「有3個行政怠惰」，今天召開人事考績委員會「自請處分」，時間從民國88年悠活營運起算迄今，送內政部懲處的主管名單有13人。
