摘要：受日本型僱用制影響，日本企業相當重視「新卒資格」，也就是說，畢業生找工作最大籌碼就是應屆身分。為了把握僅有的機會，日本大學生每個人都戰戰兢兢，從大三就開始找工作。而在學校端，大學為學生提供的職涯課程與活動，從大一到大四都有，如此精心設計，就是希望學生在畢業前，能順利拿到內定資格。
