台灣工銀證徵信嚴格 一度引自來客不滿

日前本報收到讀者投書，表示在網路上被台灣工銀證券舉辦「開戶送禮物卡」的活動吸引，先在網路上填妥資料送出後，再依指示臨櫃辦理開戶事宜，然而事後卻發現無法順利交易，其後台灣工銀證營業員還一度直奔讀者家中要求在文件上簽名與用印，引起讀者疑慮。對此台灣工銀證副總經理趙凱韻表示，台灣工銀證對自來客的相關風險管控與徵信過程較嚴密，相關規定在投資人臨櫃辦理開戶時都有妥善說明，目前這起個案已經獲得妥善處理。
