瘋追「大腿縫」 恐得憂鬱症

美國青少女最近瘋狂追求雜誌模特兒才會有的「大腿縫」，也就是纖細的大腿併攏時還有縫隙，但專家表示，這種壓力可能導致進食障礙、憂鬱症，甚至自殺。

各大社群網站充斥許多「大腿縫」照片，年輕女孩上傳她們瘦到不行的大腿照片，希望將自己的「練縫」成果和眾人分享。

專家表示，對完美腿型的狂熱不是現在才有，但卻因社群網站的無遠弗屆，與無時不在的影響力而強化。

臨床心理醫師葛林柏格警告，對大多數女性來說，大腿縫是不切實際的夢想，因為就算拚命節食或運動，要達成也不容易，因為「這是骨骼結構的問題，絕大多數女性都不是這種身形」。
