基隆市警局刑警大隊偵一隊昨日越區新北市檢肅槍毒奏功，查獲持有槍枝、毒品的廖姓男子及其楊姓同居女友，起獲具殺傷力的空氣長槍一枝及安非他命毒品，依違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例、毒品危害防制條例移送偵辦。

基警刑大偵一隊日前據報，指家住新北市平溪區的一名廖姓天燈業者，涉嫌持有槍械並染有毒癮，警方確信情報可信度高，便成立專案小組展開調查。

昨日上午十時左右，警方完成一切蒐證，便聲請搜索票越區至新北市查緝，當場在廖姓男子的住處內搜出具殺傷力的空氣長槍、瞄準器及二級毒品安非他命，便逮捕廖姓男子，連同其楊姓同居女友一併帶回處理。

警方指出，持有槍毒的廖姓男子，與家人在天燈的故鄉平溪老街世居，家族皆以販賣天燈為生，因自幼即對槍支有濃厚興趣，便於去年透過管道購買一把空氣長槍，且為了增加準確度，還刻意加裝瞄準器，讓長槍瞄到那裡就能打到那裡，而廖姓男子為避免被警方查緝，還特地將槍枝藏放在天花板夾層隱密處，並於住處二樓陽台預備樓梯及加裝監視器，以便遭警查緝時，得以趁機竄逃。

警方偵訊之後，依違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例、毒品危害防制條例先將廖姓男子移送偵辦，另廖的楊姓女友則採尿送驗。
