一、溶劑、溶質、溶液
1.溶劑：用來溶解其他物質的液體，稱為溶劑。例：水、酒精、四氯化碳。
　 (1) 我們泡茶時，是利用水將茶葉中的一些成分溶解而成茶汁。
　 (2) 煮湯時，也是利用水將食物中的一些成分溶解而成湯液。
　 (3) 血液中的水能幫助人體運送養分及廢物。
　 (4) 因為很多物質都很容易溶解在水裡，所以說：水是很好的溶劑。
