宏碁第三季虧百億 王振堂請辭

（中央社記者張良知台北5日電）宏碁5日通過第三季財報，營業淨損新台幣25.7億元，因提列無形資產減損，導致稅後淨損131.2億元，單季EPS為-4.82元。因宏碁連續幾年財務不佳，董事長暨執行長王振堂請辭。

宏碁指出，董事會決定王振堂董事長職務至明年6月本任期屆滿，執行長人選經董事會遴選委員會多次面談後，決定由總經理翁建仁接任，明年1月1日生效。

宏碁指出，第三季營運虧損的主要原因，在於因應新產品上市規劃，清理舊型機種的庫存，影響產品的毛利；此外，針對過去eMachines產品消費者集體求償訴訟的結案，一次認列相關賠償金額，造成營業費用增加，虧損擴大。

宏碁此次提列的無形資產減損，項目包括商標權與商譽；損失金額總計為99.43億元，其減損損失主要來自於Gateway品牌、其次為Packard Bell與方正品牌。此外，小部分來自於iGware與倚天。

宏碁強調，無形資產減損是一項會計處理，無關現金支出，不影響營運。1021105
