張藝謀爆違法超生 當7娃爹該罰7.6億

大陸導演張藝謀被爆前年再婚，對象是32歲無錫女子陳婷，兩人已生３個小孩，長子12歲，次子８歲，小女兒６歲，加上前妻生一女，及與兩神祕女生的兩女一男，膝下共７小孩，被質疑享特權，「超生」違反大陸一胎化生育政策。

陸媒找律師估算，張藝謀年收入至少有8000萬人民幣（約3.8億台幣），他除要繳納大陸規定的社會撫養費，還應繳納他年收入的兩倍金額1.6億人民幣（約7.6億台幣）作為罰款。

陳婷原是無錫舞蹈團的舞蹈演員，她20歲就生了第一胎，張藝謀曾在無錫影視基地附近買一棟別墅讓妻小住，去年才把小孩接到北京。61歲的張藝謀，比陳婷大29歲，典型老夫少妻，他也比岳父大８歲。對此爆料，他助理關機未回應。
