墾丁悠活渡假村沒有通過環評就營業，現在案件有了最新發展。之前環保署表態要悠活全面停止營業，但昨天內政部完成調查報告後，表示悠活的一到六區裡面，第一和第二區這兩區雖然違規但是合法，所以不能斷水斷電。 2013-05-08 王顯瑜 / 報導
