公司面臨倒閉危機問題~(法律道義上責任)急

我是公司負責人，共有三個股東
A持股40%
B40%
我20%
三個人都知道公司經營狀況，但日前公司因為 A 挪用公司資金導致周轉不靈，也補不回來，面臨倒閉危機
外面總共欠額350萬左右 有開立發票的欠款為100萬左右 未開250萬
想請問一下，就法律上我該承擔哪些部分，或者多少錢
另外就道義上可能會遇到哪些風險。
該怎麼做可以將傷害降到最低
以及我跟B該做哪些動作來保護自己跟家人
