我母親在早上09:00跟鄰居因為自家小孩子在自家門口玩的問題而發生爭吵.再爭吵過程我一句話都沒說.只在結束時說;小孩還小(還會吵很久)就這一句被他告我刑事恐嚇罪.近期也收到傳票也開完庭了.已不起訴結案..這樣我告他誣告會成立嗎?
不然真的沒有辦法制止別人亂提告嗎..鄰居還說下次要告我侵權.天呀遇到這樣的人怎麼辦..我是個上班族沒那摸多時間天天陪他上法院還要請假..然到真的只能他一提告就陪他去法院走一趟嗎
