老闆猥褻女大生　自家監視器全都錄

苗栗縣銅鑼鄉中藥房邱姓老闆(53歲)無醫師執照，去年8月起執行醫療任務，涉嫌先後對婦人、女大生猥褻，犯行全被自己裝設的監視器拍下；檢察官今天依被害人指證、監視器畫面，把邱男依醫師法、猥褻罪嫌起訴。

檢警調查，去年9月邱男涉嫌1名婦人猥褻下體，因被害人提告要求80萬和解金，邱警察建議下裝監視器，欲蒐證反制婦人。

未料，邱嫌同年12月對1名女大學生(22歲)以豐胸名義猥褻胸部，被自己監視器拍下犯案過程。但邱男僅坦承，違反《醫師法》，否認猥褻2女。
