空方自認過高的房價,其實是為了增加國家競爭力.

為什麼?
因為會覺得房價高是因為薪資相對低,

低薪其實是政府嚴控匯率,及政府直接或間接支持企業低薪,
為的就是要增加我國出口優勢.

話說回來,我一點也不覺得房價過高,還挺合理的,一坪五,六萬到兩百萬都有,隨你選.

我是爆發戶,不是暴發戶.性格火爆的爆.有錢的暴發戶另有其人不是我.
