美國房市泡泡又開始

美國房市跌到80年來最慘低谷，去年探底以來，又開始吹泡泡，東西岸皆然。紐約布魯克林一幢五臥之居，開價94萬9000美元 (台幣2847萬元)，有三百人看房，50人出價。在加州Menlo Park市，一棟一層樓之家，開價二百萬美元，上月有六人出價，其中四人是建商，打算買下來打掉蓋大一點的房子。美國2013年的春天購屋季一片瘋熱，3月房價比去年同期高11%，是2006年房地產高峰以來最大漲幅。問題在房價升幅快過所得，熱況不健康，也就是說，泡沫化可能又要重演。
