朋友匯款給我 但是錢沒進來

朋友在上上禮拜從監獄匯款給我

我等了一禮拜看ATM都沒有

後來直接去監獄問櫃台

櫃台幫我查到是說 錢再這裡拜會轉進來

但是又過了一禮拜 看ATM還是沒有 ...

是ATM看不到
還是我必須去櫃檯?

我不清楚監獄程序 所以也不知道裡面是用什麼銀行轉給我的 ...
我只知道我朋友是匯到我的銀行 - 華南銀行

銀行確定正確 - 因為我是寄存摺進去給他
