石斑魚盛產 漁業署推真空包

石斑魚量多價跌，農委會漁業署統計，批發價最好時每公斤可高達340元，但現在只要250元，比去年同期下跌兩成。漁業署結合漁會與量販業製作真空包裝石斑魚產品，今天發表，希望開拓更多的消費市場。

農委會漁業署養殖組副組長胡其湘表示，石斑魚(青斑)價格下跌，主要是國內養殖漁民育成率大幅提升，加上去年下半年至今氣候平順，以致產量增加。全國漁會總幹事林啟滄表示，過去石斑魚是高價魚，現在價格平價，最適合國人選購。
