大家好，我想請問各位有關
102學年度高中學力鑑定 相關問題

1. 往年的簡章上年齡規定如下：年滿20歲之國民 或 年滿18歲，曾於國民教育階段或高級中等教育階段參與經主管機關核准之非學校型態實驗教育之國民
請問今年的考試（103年10月）年齡規定相同嗎？因為曾經有看到新聞說今年改成年滿19歲就可以報考

2. 另外關於年齡的算法：之前有看到網路上有人說，關於年齡不是以報名時的年齡，而是以隔年九月入學的年齡，請問正確的算法究竟是？

3. 本人82年10月26日生，沒有申請過非學校型態實驗教育，請問最快何時可以參加考試？
