美欲談陳克貴案 陸外長沒空

（路透華盛頓3日電）美國國務院今天表示，國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）試圖打電話給中國大陸外交部長王毅，討論大陸維權人士陳光誠侄子陳克貴的事，但王毅不在。

據說王毅正在新加坡拜會當地政府官員。美國國務院發言人范特瑞爾（Patrick Ventrell）告訴記者，凱瑞昨天試圖致電王毅，之後會再繼續聯絡。 當記者問到，王毅沒空接聽美國最高外交官員電話不是很奇怪嗎，范特瑞爾回答說，這一點也不足為奇。 他說：「有時因時差或旅行緣故，常需要花上一段時間才連絡得上外長。」 凱瑞想跟王毅談陳克貴的案子。 總部在紐約的人權觀察（Human Rights Watch）說，陳克貴確診罹患闌尾炎，「迫切需要有效醫護治療」，但據他們所知，他迄未接受外科手術。 范特瑞爾昨天說，陳克貴在獄中受到不當對待的報導，華府深表關切。中央社（翻譯）
