掛名董事有遣散費及可請領失業補助嗎?

7年前被前公司董事長找出來成立公司,我掛名董事,股份約6%,以每個月1萬元的方式提撥至100萬.公司財務我也無權過問.基本上仍然跟以前一樣上班領薪水.

最近董事長告知公司將在近期內結束營業,
據網路搜尋的結果是:
遣散費無法請領,因為董事的身份.
失業補助可以請領,因為公司有投保勞保.

請問以上結論是否正確?
