台北市清晨下起豪大雨，造成多處積水，台北市交通局宣布開放部分區域紅黃線停車。

今天上午8時起，開放本市承德路4段5段 (承德橋至基河路) 以西區域範圍8公尺以上道路紅黃線停車，前開區域路邊收費停車格停止收費，但路口十公尺、公車站牌、消防栓、消防通道、越堤道路、隧道、車行地下道、高架快速道路及橋梁不開放停車。
