平假名發音問題

請問は不是發ha嗎？
可是看歌詞時
有些句的羅馬拼音寫wa
聽原唱也是發wa
到了別句又回到ha
這是為什麼？特殊的發音規則？

還有つ
ひとりぼつちで　hitori bocchide
わかつてるのに　wa katte ru no ni
そうおもいつきり　 sou omo ikkiri
為什麼上述幾句つ都不是發tsu
而是重複下字字首？
要怎麼唸？

つつくといつて　tsu zu ku to itte
為什麼第二個つ發zu？
怎麼唸？
