敘國外長鬆口 願與反叛軍和談

摘要：四月份失業率下降，總統馬英九今天也強調，希望各界一起努力，讓今年整年的失業率，能夠繼續下降。馬英九說，國際經濟情勢不佳，過去五年平均經濟成長率只有1.9%，而台灣達到3%，在亞洲四小龍中排前段班，今年第一季有1.67%，失業率也逐漸下降中。不過他也相當肯定國人付出愛心不落人後，馬總統指出，即使經濟不景氣，台灣在國際間的愛心捐款仍是數一數二。
