真理前校長涉掏空校產10億　判無罪

淡水真理大學前校長葉能哲被控把持校務37年，在校內大搞「葉氏王朝」，安插23名親友任教職員，並涉嫌透過綁標電腦採購案、虛編電腦維修費，在2000到2010年10年間，掏空學校逾10億元，還指示弟弟葉守義找酒國名花段玉招待陪標廠商喝花酒及性招待，士檢依《貪污治罪條例》、《刑法》背信罪嫌起訴葉能哲、葉守義兄弟，分別求處18及15年重刑，但士林地院下午宣判，兄弟二人都無罪。
