摘要：高鐵今天一度大規模停駛。原因是在上午11點，高鐵雲林土庫段的變電箱突然跳電，列車停擺，更讓班次大亂，不少被耽誤行程的遊客大罵，包括立法院長王金平，南下參加宗教活動行程也受到影響。雖然在下午四點已經全線依照時刻表正常發車，但這次跳電意外，高鐵估算共有33列次，延誤5分鐘以上，約3萬3千名旅客受影響。
