勞保年金釋疑 勞委會擬說帖

行政院版勞保年金改革草案出爐，先前雖已開過兩百多場座談會，但外界質疑聲音仍大，勞委會昨天擬出六大說帖釋疑，表示新方案已盡力採納各界意見，像費率調整增設評估機制，計算年金的平均月投保薪資採計期間，也從原本的最高十五年下修到十二年。

勞委會說，這次勞保改革保費負擔雖加重，領的年金也少一點，但勞工領到的年金總額仍比所繳的保費多，且平均領八年的年金就可領超過一次領的總額。

勞委會說，年資短或投保薪資低勞工，每月領到年金雖可能比低收入戶補助少，但勞保僅是第一層老年退休生活保障，本來就得靠其他社會救助津貼協助。
