防北韓人民嚮往南韓　傳金正日遺訓「關閉開城」

南韓媒體報導，為防北韓民眾關注並嚮往南韓，領導人金正恩欲關閉南北韓共同經營的開城工業區，據報導，1北韓官員透露這是前領導人金正日的遺訓。

報導指出，2007年時，南韓前總統盧武鉉與金正日會談，曾提及要擴大開城工業區，北韓1名負責人向金正日報告，開城幾年來營運良好，居民生活大為改善，也樂見擴大工業區，不過該名負責人卻被撤職，也傳出金正日當時便下定決心要關閉開城。
