國人海外被害可依法申請補償

立法院院會上午三讀通過犯罪被害人保護法部分條文修正案，國人若不幸在國外遇害身亡，其遺屬可申請補償金。假如犯罪被害人或其遺屬認為媒體報導錯誤，可要求媒體更正，媒體應在15天內更正或去函說明。修法也大幅放寬被害人遺屬申請賠償扣除社會保險的範圍，可大幅提高申請賠償金的比例和金額。
