嫌資源回收太吵　洪便當打人起訴

電視歌唱節目「超級歌喉讚」擔任PK魔王的素人歌手洪便當，去年10月15日中午11時許不滿王姓鄰居做資源回收太吵，2人出手互告，新北地檢署昨天起訴2人。

《聯合報》報導，王男控告洪便當以三字經「問候」他，還恐嚇「等我好了，我用命跟你拚沒關係」，控告洪便當恐嚇和公然侮辱。

檢方開庭時，洪便當稱，王男做資源回收，常發出聲響讓他無法入眠，否認罵髒話，表示在氣頭上說「你等我腳好，你再看看」。
