美籍男來台偷情生女　元配獲屋求償不成

美國籍1名貿易商人(59歲)來台工作，與在美國休士頓工作的台籍妻子彭姓醫生分居2地，未料該男子發生婚外情還生2女，與小23歲的鄒女共築愛巢；彭女娘家發現洋女婿帶2幼女及鄒女公開以夫妻自稱，元配前年控告通姦罪，索償100萬元。

刑事部分，新竹地院依通姦罪各判2個月徒刑。民事部分，法官認被告男子與彭女在雙方離婚協議中，已透過財產分配，得到美國1棟房子，元配的傷害獲得充分填補，一事不宜再求償，因此駁回元配請求。
