房屋仲介帶看 - 豪宅管委會要交手續費或是清潔費???

1.這跟地區無關
只要社區管委會決議要收仲介想帶看就必須遵守繳納

2.此費用目前都是由仲介負擔,算是仲介新增的一項仲介成本

3.不會,雖然仲介繳的很不甘願
但只要成交一筆,這些費用就可以賺回來了
所以就算心在滴血他們還是會繳的

不過帶看費還是有根據社區有不同的繳納方式
有的是依次計費,有的是月繳或週繳還有的是按人來繳
所以根據不同的收費方式仲介也會有改變帶看策略
例如一次約多組一起帶看
如果是按人就是客戶帶到社區後改由同一名仲介帶上去看屋
