不動產經紀人考試相關資訊:

報名日期 102.08.06（二）-08.15（四）
考試日期 102.11.23（六）-11.25（一）

報考資格 高中職以上學歷即可
報考利多
1. 薪資高，永慶開出前半年保證底薪50,000元
2. 及格制，平均達 60 分即可考取
3. 與地政士考科重疊性高，同時取得，業界最吃香

考試科目:
1. 國文 (作文60%、測驗40%)
2. 民法概要
3. 不動產估價概要
4. 土地法與土地相關稅法概要
5. 不動產經紀相關法規概要
