「無能馬政府，討債拚經濟！」全國關廠工人連線上午發動超過100多人，上午從新北市鶯歌火車站出發，由支持者推動80名平均60歲以上的各自救會關廠工人，跨縣市沿路呼口號遊行20公里至桃園地方法院表達訴求。同時間，部分關廠工人到立法院前舉行記者會，要求勞委會主委潘世偉勿混淆視聽，立即刪除對關廠工人的提告預算。

台灣國際勞工協會陳秀蓮指出，自去年7月起，全國關廠工人連線便一再強調本次事件，是勞委會為回應16年前關廠工人的抗爭，是「代位求償」的結果。

全國關廠工人連線自4月28日發動絕食至今已經超過150個小時，但勞委會始終未回應關廠工人要求「撤告」的訴求，今天關廠工人坐輪椅從新北市遊行到桃園地方法院，希望籲請法官公正審理還款案件，並在程序上實現公益性。
