悠活違法　全面清查國家公園內度假村

內政部長李鴻源今表示，目前國家公園範圍內的所有度假村、旅館幾乎已完成全面清查，並擬定處理方案，逐步處理，但必須可量當地生計不可能貿然全部拆除，「就地合法」是不得以的手段，必須考量當地的生計，但就地合法也必須經過一定的程序，也不會冒失全拆，以免對當地民眾及業者造成衝擊。

李鴻源說，事件處理起來非常棘手，但內政部一定會去面對。
