證所稅修正決策 張盛和：若有內線便下台

台北股市近期大漲，被市場解讀和證所稅修法有關。民進黨立委薛凌今天(20日)在立法院財委會質詢財政部長張盛和時指出，近日外資對台股持續買超，擁有官股色彩的台銀證券也不斷買入，她質疑有內線交易。財政部長張盛和強調，證所稅決策若有內線交易，他立即下台負責。

張盛和說：『(原音)完全沒有，就是外資多頭。(薛凌：你敢保證嗎？你敢賭上烏紗帽嗎？)可以可以。如果我這決策有內線交易，我立刻下台。』

對於證所稅修正版本今天在立法院闖關，民進黨立委主張政府和財政部長張盛和必須先向國人道歉，再檢討證所稅。張盛和對此不認同，表示修法就是負責任的表現。國民黨立委則表態支持張盛和，認為要求張盛和道歉是欲加之罪、何患無辭。
