癮君子注意　全台公園禁菸

【綜合報導】癮君子注意了，衛生署國健局日前開會決定，全台鄰里公園、國家公園都屬於菸害防止法規範的禁菸場所，若未設吸菸區，將全面禁菸，若民眾未遵守被查獲，可處2千元至1萬元的罰款。

《自由時報》報導，會議中決定各縣市各自行評估哪些公園全面禁菸，哪些公園可設吸菸區，但不少地方政府認為應該等做好配套再上路，全面禁菸有困難。
