台股盤前　美股跳水　法人：今日測7800點支撐

【陳佩嘉／台北報導】美國QE確定退場時程，周四美股持續重挫逾300點，萬寶投顧副總王榮旭說，美股重挫勢必引來外資在台股提款，今日將測試7800點支撐，他認為，在破底過程中，必須視美股何時止穩，台股才有機會落底。
 
王榮旭表示，接下來盤面將由外資盤轉為內資盤，尤其市場仍在期待下周證所稅順勢過關，人氣才有機會回籠。
