（中央社記者高照芬台北2013年11月4日電）台股早盤下跌，台北外匯市場盤初觀望氣氛濃，新台幣兌美元匯率走升；上午10時匯價29.416元，升值5.4分。

匯銀人士表示，台股開盤下跌16點，台北匯市新台幣兌美元匯率以29.490元貶值2分開盤後，外匯買賣多為實質性拋補，新台幣盤初呈升值走勢。
